People Operations supports the success of multifaceted departments by assisting with identifying and prioritizing personnel strategic objectives, evaluating operational and organizational structures, and establishing efficient processes. Our dedicated team actively collaborates with various stakeholders to create and execute strategies that are designed to promote employee satisfaction, retention, engagement, and productivity.

In addition, the People Operations Department plays a significant role in contributing to the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and frameworks that enhance overall organizational effectiveness. We prioritize the development, improvement, and standardization of processes across University Operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimal efficiency.

What We Do

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identify, develop, and implement strategies that enable University Operations departments to hire candidates who possess the skills, qualifications, and experience to contribute to the success of the university's objectives.
  • Onboarding: Enhance the employee experience to ensure smooth, effective, and welcoming transitions into the organization.
  • Organizational Design and Restructuring: Collaborate to assess organizational and operational structures and make recommendations for improvements such as restructuring departments, realigning roles and responsibilities, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement changes to streamline and optimize the processes.
  • Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics to gather insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance metrics which enables data-driven decision-making, informs strategies, and helps identify areas for improvement.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Responsible for creating, updating, and communicating policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with university standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
