A Building Maintenance Reporter (BMR) refers to an individual or team responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance needs or issues within a building or facility. The BMR acts as a liaison between University Operations and building occupants, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of maintenance issues and requests.
